Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • All orders placed on QuickDrinks are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and processed.

  • As QuickDrinks operates as a facilitator connecting users with licensed retailers, all orders are fulfilled by partner stores and are considered final.

3. Failed or Undelivered Orders

  • In case an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of products or any operational issue, a refund may be initiated at our discretion.

  • Refund timelines (if applicable) may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Delivery Delay Compensation

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 30–50 minutes.

  • If your order is delayed beyond 60 minutes from the time of confirmation, you may be eligible for compensation.

  • Compensation will be provided in the form of a free order or service credit, subject to verification of the delay.

  • This offer is applicable only in cases where the delay is within our control and not caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must be available at the delivery location with valid ID proof.

  • Failure to accept delivery may result in order cancellation without refund.
